Overview

You can request deletion of your Emotions account and the personal data associated with it. This page describes how to submit a request and what happens after we receive it.

Delete your account in the app

If you are signed in, open Settings in the app and use the account or privacy options to delete your account, when available. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Request deletion by email

You may also email us from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account and data. Include the email address you used to register so we can verify your identity.

What we delete

After your request is verified, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account where retention is not required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, limited billing or security records).

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within a reasonable period after verification. You may receive a short confirmation message when the process has finished.
